Privacy Policy

Who we are
Alenta Technologies (“Alenta”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is the company responsible for the KPV Crypto product and the associated website and services. KPV Crypto is the product name, and https://kpvcrypto.com/ is its supporting website. Alenta Technologies' official website is https://alenta.ae. For privacy-related inquiries, contact: privacy@kpvcrypto.com or support@kpvcrypto.com.
Scope
This Policy covers data processed on our website, subscription registration, billing, and software activation data for the KPV Crypto Windows application, support and security records, and performance information only where separately authorized under an optional High-Water Mark (HWM) fee arrangement.
Information we collect
Website
- Contact/demo forms: name, email, and your message. We also capture IP address for anti-abuse and troubleshooting.
- Server logs: standard HTTP logs (IP, user agent, URL, timestamp, referrer).
- Cookies: functional cookies for WordPress/session. We do not place third-party analytics cookies unless disclosed elsewhere on this site.
- Embedded content: content from other sites (e.g., videos) may behave as if you visited those sites and can set their own cookies.
- Comments (if enabled): data shown in the comment form, IP, and browser user-agent for spam detection. An anonymized hash of your email may be sent to Gravatar to display an avatar (see Automattic’s privacy policy).
Subscriptions, activation licenses & payments
- License requests (from the app): your device identifier (machine ID) and email are transmitted as part of a protected request to issue or retrieve a software activation license for your subscription.
- Payment processor: we use NOWPayments to generate supported cryptocurrency payment links (such as USDT TRC20 or BNB, where available) sent to your email. We receive status updates (e.g., waiting, confirming, finished) and invoice IDs. We do not request your wallet seed phrases, private keys, or Binance API credentials as part of payment.
- Email delivery: we send transactional emails via our email service provider (e.g., ZeptoMail) to deliver acknowledgements, payment links, activation license files, and system notifications.
Optional performance reporting and HWM arrangements
Standard software subscriptions do not require performance-linked fees. An optional performance-linked arrangement applies only when Alenta Technologies (as the provider of KPV Crypto) and the customer enter into a separate written agreement and the customer expressly authorizes activation. The application may then prepare and, if separately authorized, transmit performance reports to Alenta Technologies for the purposes specified in that agreement.
- Eligible trading activity: only trades executed by KPV Crypto software running on the customer's own computer, according to the strategy, parameters and automated execution permissions configured and authorized by the customer. Manual trades, third-party trades and unrelated Binance account activity are excluded from the fee calculation.
- Report content: depending on the agreed implementation, reports may include aggregate realized profit and loss (PnL), trading volume, win rate, net performance for the reporting period, eligible costs and adjustments, prior-loss recovery, the High-Water Mark (HWM), and the resulting fee calculation. The separate agreement and activation notice must identify the actual fields transmitted and whether any individual trade records are included.
- Purpose: calculating and reconciling the separately agreed fee, verifying the accuracy of relevant reports, resolving customer questions or disputes, and maintaining appropriate accounting and contractual records. Technical support or diagnostics using these reports must be separately disclosed where applicable.
- Timing and authorization: reporting may be periodic, including daily summaries if configured and agreed. No particular transmission frequency applies unless stated in the agreement and customer authorization. The customer must be informed of the recipients, retention period and available controls for stopping future transmissions.
- Limits on access: these reports do not grant Alenta Technologies access to customer funds, withdrawal permissions, or authority to place trades on the customer's behalf. Alenta Technologies does not automatically deduct HWM fees from Binance accounts.
Local performance dashboards are separate from any reporting to KPV. Without an activated optional arrangement, the HWM fee calculation does not create a payment obligation. Any information sent for ordinary support or security purposes is governed by the relevant disclosures and customer requests, not automatically by the optional HWM arrangement.
Critical security note about exchange API keys
We do not collect or store your exchange API keys. The desktop application is designed to store API keys locally on your machine and connect directly to Binance Futures from your device. Configure only the Binance Futures API permissions needed for the functions you authorize. Withdrawal permissions are not required and should remain disabled.
How we use your information

- Register subscriptions, create invoices, confirm payment, issue activation licenses, and support account access.
- Provide customer support and, only when separately authorized, administer optional HWM reports and fee reconciliation.
- Protect our services from spam, abuse, and security threats.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions and EULA.
Sharing
- Service providers: website hosting/CDN, email delivery (e.g., ZeptoMail), and payment processing (NOWPayments). Providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
- Legal: when required by law or necessary to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- We do not sell personal data.
Retention
- Contact and demo inquiries: retained for the period needed to respond and maintain relevant support records, subject to the actual retention schedule and applicable law.
- Subscription, activation and invoice records (such as machine ID, invoice ID and email): retained according to the applicable operational retention schedule and legal requirements. The actual schedule should be confirmed before publication.
- Optional HWM reports: retained for the period disclosed in the separate agreement and activation notice, plus any additional period required by applicable accounting, dispute-resolution or legal obligations.
- Server logs: retained in accordance with the operational security schedule, with extensions where necessary for investigations or legal obligations.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to certain processing, and a portable copy of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis, without affecting prior lawful processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@kpvcrypto.com. We may need to verify your identity and ownership of the email address.
Cookies
You can control cookies in your browser settings. If we later add analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this Policy and, where required by law, present a consent banner.
International transfers
Our service providers may process data in multiple countries, depending on their hosting and delivery arrangements. We apply reasonable safeguards permitted by applicable law (such as contractual protections) when transferring data internationally.
Children
Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. Do not submit personal data of children to us.
Security and data location
The Windows application is designed to store Binance API credentials locally on the customer's device in encrypted form and connect directly to Binance Futures. Alenta Technologies does not require withdrawal permission. The website, email provider and payment processor necessarily handle the limited information described above. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
